Looks like aphids. Good for ants, bad for your plants.

I loath using insecticides outside…I just refuse to do it…I have no desire to accidentally kill bees and hover flies etc. But indoors, there is zero chance of beneficial insects being killed, a couple of squirts with a systemic insecticide and you’ve cleared your problem. Otherwise take the plants outside and use the jet from a hose to wash off the bugs….you’ll have to keep doing it. Also the jet may destroy the petals. The choice is yours.

They look like Aphids. No idea how they’re getting on your indoor plants. Do you have ants indoors by any chance?

The advice is as others have said, I just wanted to give my condolences, since you’re in for a bit of a battle. Aphids are an absolute pain in the arse!

Looks like fungus gnats to me. Wash them off and cover the top of your soil with vermiculite, it stops the eggs hatching.
