Let them grow a bit more. They are still timid. When ready (I think you will sense…) they will need ‘pricking out’ and replant each in their own slightly bigger pots. Be very careful though not to damage the roots too much. Good luck. Keep them altogether though….. they will talk to each other !

Well, firstly, don’t let them sit in water like that….they aren’t bog plants! Probably the best thing to do is to let them grow as they are, keep them slightly dry, lots of light, then as they begin to grow, knock them out of their pots and pot them up singly, one per pot. You’ve done well to germinate them…did you expose the seed to frost? Normally the seeds require a bit of freezing before they germinate. Growing trees from seed is the best.

Long tubes (drain pipe) filled with soil would be the next step for me. You want the tap root to be as long as possible.
