Durch den Taifun fielen einige große Bäume. Auf einem standen Orchideen und andere Pflanzen. Ich habe nur die Orchideen genommen. Sollte ich sie zuerst in Wasser wurzeln lassen, bevor ich sie in ein anderes Blumenerde umtopfe? Es gibt Pflänzchen/Keikis, die nur wenige Wurzeln haben

Alternative viewpoint from someone who passionately bitches about tillandsia poaching in their state (yes I know orchids aren’t tillies):
Nature said fuck you to that plant and it’s more likely to live if you take it than if you replant it somewhere where you aren’t sure it can survive long term. Be ashamed if you poach, but don’t be ashamed if you rescue. I imagine roadside would’ve tossed it all. If you grow them outside they can still help pollinate.
Look up mounted orchid displays. They’re epiphytic plants and like to cling to trees. Either that or a loose, chunky aerated orchid soil in a pot.
The one you are holding is a dendrobium. It has roots.
Just plant in in orchid bark.
