If the pot does not have drainage, it may have rotten roots, so the solution is difficult. For now, clean the plant well, removing everything that looks brown, change it to a pot with drainage and do not expose it to direct light. That’s what I would do.

No drainage means water sits in the bottom and rots the roots, plus lack of airflow means the soil becomes oxygen deprived. You’ll need to drill holes in it to solve the problem long term.
