Bin vor einiger Zeit in eine Wohnung mit kleinem Garten gezogen. Ich habe mich gerade erst so weit eingelebt, dass ich über die Gartensanierung nachdenken kann.
Ich arbeite daran, einen Teil des Zauns auszutauschen und zu streichen, aber ich weiß nicht, wie ich die Qualität des Rasens verbessern kann.
Der aktuelle Boden ist ziemlich feucht und schlammig mit etwas relativ spärlichem Gras dazwischen. Der Garten bekommt zu dieser Jahreszeit nicht viel Sonnenlicht ab, vor ein paar Monaten hatte er nachmittags recht viel Sonne.
Da es die kalte, regnerische Zeit des Jahres ist, kann ich nichts tun, um die Rasenqualität vor dem Frühling und Sommer zu verbessern, wenn ich möglicherweise Samen ausbringen kann? Ich habe im Grunde keine Ahnung.

Stay off it leave it grass will grow anywhere as the saying goes grsss won’t grow on a busy street.
Get rid, lay cardboard,(no dig)start shaping the areawith some shrubs, musa basjoo , hardy banana, in one corner or bothout door ropelight around the bottom of the fenceto lift light levels in the evening, treat it like an outdoor room!
You could grass seed until it drops below 6 degrees!
Clover seeds, it’ll reinvigorate the soil, and be green all year round.
Dig around this side on the left looks like this probably a shitload a concrete or something under the soil affecting the grass growth
Tried and tried with mine and honestly the best thing is to spend a bit more on the good stuff.

Soil is maybe £7/8 and the seed is about £16. For years id been trying with cheaper soil and seed and it was no good.
Also, as others have said, keep off it as much as possible. Kinda makes you think how pointless a lawn is right? So ours was helped a lot when I put a bark chip pathway in, and made sure to use the walkway as much as possible. You could do it just fine with a few slabs spaced out but I opted for bark chip so that the dog also would use it for toilets rather than the lawn
Put loads of grass seed down then net it to stop the birds getting to it and water with a fine spray on a hose pipe
Scarify, aerate, top seed, bit of compost dressing, fertilise
Spring time you’ll see the real results. Maybe repeat then if required
