They are fine like that, but clean that one that is getting green, that algae isn’t good for them.

If they are happy and healthy and you like maintaining them in water, I say continue as you are doing. They certainly look alright (minus the one someone else pointed out that might need a refresh, but that’s an easy fix). They are definitely a plant which can grow happily in water.

Pothos make good water plants. You will need to change the water every so often. I have several that live in water, as well as a couple of begonias and a peace lilly. The wide mouth on those means you can go longer without changing the water. Personally, I would have one growing in the snowman between them too 🤣

Mine always stay happiest in water and die when I try to pot them! Just make sure to change the water, I do every week or so.
