    The flower itself is gone, and should be removed. If the stalk has grown roots, you may be able to grow a new plant from the cutting. I would cut the stem about 1/2″ above the upper leaf node, if not the lower leaf node.

    Fraser Valley Rose Farm on YouTube has several good videos about propagating roses from cuttings. As this is not a fresh cutting, it will be an uphill climb to save it, but you may be successful if you act quickly.
