I’ve had them for three months. First picture is what they look like right now. The second picture is from two weeks ago when I needed to repot them (ignore the dead one).
Admittedly they already didn’t look 100% healthy but I feel like it’s getting worse now, like they’re shriveling up or something… What can I do to save them?

Why did you repot them? Any time you repot you put the plant under a lot of stress. These 3 have the tiniest little root balls, you just destroyed whatever baby roots they were developing forcing them to start over.
nothing you can do now but wait and hope they recover.
